With years of experience in the new home building industry, Laurie has been instrumental in creating some of the most admired communities in the GTA. Today, her vision is at the forefront of the industry, with a reputation of building innovative neighbourhoods which reflect the personal lifestyle choices of their customers.

Laurie's creative vision is shared by people who are equally passionate about their dedication to developing and building new home communities – the Berkshire Homes Team. John Carbone is the founding partner of Berkshire Homes and brings more than 25 years of building experience. A past president of the Greater Toronto Home Builders' Association, his guidance and insight are invaluable to the Berkshire team. Equally committed to creating new home communities of distinction, John's reputation for exceeding the desires of today's home buyers is well known in the industry.

Since 1987, the team of Gordon and Carbone have been involved in the design and building of nearly 7000 homes across the GTA. In 1997 they established Berkshire Homes.
