John Carbone, Founder and CEO, Berkshire Homes, has over 25 years of building experience in the GTA and internationally. He's also a past president of the Greater Toronto Home Builders' Association (GTHBA).

Laurie Gordon, Co-founder and President, Berkshire Homes, has over 20 years of home building experience, along with comprehensive planning knowledge. She brings a woman's perspective to creating communities that resonate with life, harmony and vitality.

Since 1987, John Carbone and Laurie Gordon have been involved in building over 7000 homes across the GTA. Construction Manager Norm Afonso, has over 20 years experience and makes sure every Berkshire home is built to quality standards.
